We use highly detailed models, textures and images to create a realistic rendering of you project.  We start by turning your drawings into a 3D model, accurate enough to be used for construction, in fact, in most cases when we do our residential design we use 3D models to ensure everything can be built as we show.  We then take the 3D model and apply accurate textures to your specifications to generate an image that is as close as possible to your finished home.  However, our renderings are not true photorealistic, they are still a computer rendering.  This allows us to create a final image that is very colorful and artistic.  This allows our renderings to stand out in the crowd as accurate, vibrant and appealing... maybe even more appealing than an actual photograph.

Being architectural designers as well as graphic artists ensures the models are accurate and correct, more so than renderings coming from someone with just an art background.

Below you will find sample renderings as well as samples from the full size renderings to see the detail we put into our projects.  Compare them to typical renderings in your area, or that your competition uses.

Copyright Claims in Architectural Works

Scope of Protection

An original design of a building embodied in any tangible medium of expression, including a building, architectural plans, or drawings, is subject to copyright protection as an “architectural work” under Section 102 of the Copyright Act, 17 USC, as amended on December 1, 1990. The work includes the overall form as well as the arrangement and composition of spaces and elements in the design but does not include individual standard features or design elements that are functionally required.

The term building means structures that are habitable by humans and intended to be both permanent and stationary, such as houses and office buildings, and other permanent and stationary structures designed for human occupancy, including but not limited to churches, museums, gazebos, and garden pavilions.
